Natural fermentation precedes human history. Since ancient times, however, humans have been controlling the fermentation process. Fermentation has been widely used in food preparation, wine making, bio-fuel production and pharmaceuticals preparation.

Our fermentation team has great experience and strength in fermentation process. We can develop an optimal fermentation process by optimizing fermentation parameters, such as medium, temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and fed control to achieve high production (expression) of the target protein. For example, in a recent industrial production of aldolase, we have achieved an increase of 30% in enzymatic activity and an increase of 300% in cell density by optimizing the fermentation parameters.
